Fat-free cottage cheese bowl with cucumber

INGREDIENTS
• 250g fat-free cottage cheese
• 1/2 cucumber, diced
• 1/4 tsp onion powder
• Salt and black pepper
• Fresh chives or spring onion, chopped (optional)
METHOD
1. Spoon the cottage cheese into a bowl.
2. Add the diced cucumber.
3. Season with onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Top with chives or spring onion if using.
5. Stir gently and serve cold.
Note: Check the label carefully — must be fat-free, not just low-fat. This works as a quick lunch or a late snack.
High in protein, almost no fat or carbs.
