There are a few basic pieces of advice that surrounds all training.
Firstly, always leave a little something in the tank for tomorrow.
Secondly, stick to the goal that the session is there to achieve (this is at the top).
Thirdly, the general goal across all training is simple: improve over time — by adding resistance to the movements you perform, by progressing the skills to harder variations, aiming to get faster, etc.
Fourthly, all programs and generators are built around some or all of the below equipment. The equipment thats advised is in a priority order to buy. You may not need everything for every session.
With these few pieces of equipment, you will have years of training potential. Other items may occasionally be suggested but can always be substituted.
I would advise that the resistance bands can substitute for anything, so get comfortable with them.
