Running is the backbone of a LARP athlete's conditioning — long distances, sustained effort, the ability to keep moving when the battle drags on. But not every day allows for a run, and not every field is available. These cardio drills exist as your substitute — short, sharp sessions designed to replicate the cardiovascular demand of a run or a ball game, without needing to leave the room. Circuits, AMRAPs, and EMOMs to strengthen the heart, open the hips, and develop the endurance that keeps you standing when others fall.
